Service Terms:
- If you cancel your service, equipment belonging to XclusivNet will need to be returned via collection.

Reliability:
We pride ourselves on a 99.89% average network uptime, based on measurements from customers’ hubs across the XclusivNet network from June 2023 to December 2023.
Equipment Ownership:
- XclusivNet owns all hubs (TP-Link Model EAP655-Wall (EU)) sent out to customers or pre-installed in your home.
- If you replace hubs or leave XclusivNet, please return the equipment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of £155 + VAT.
- You have 60 days to return your items, including the time it takes for us to send out a jiffy bag.
