What Happens Next

You will be redirected to sign up to a Direct Debit, and you’ll receive a welcome email with important information
Your WiFi Router will be delivered when your payment clears (please allow up to 14 days).
After you’re connected, enjoy streaming and surfing the Web!

Equipment Configuration and Shipping

If your location requires a WiFi router to be sent to you, we will configure and dispatch it to you. We may contact you to arrange delivery, and whether any further installation steps are required.
If your location already has a pre-installed access point, once your account is live, simply scan the provided QR code to sign up. Your service will be activated within 48 hours.

Once your service is activated, you will receive a welcome email containing your sign-up and connection details.
